The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 brought several complex pieces of legislation into a single legal framework. To help agents understand and comply, we have produced an Occupation Contract, which we worked closely with the Welsh Government and Rent Smart Wales has reviewed.
Common Law Tenancy Agreement (Non-Housing Act Tenancy)
Our Non-Housing Act Tenancy Agreement is an exclusive benefit for ARLA Propertymark members or Company Advantage subscribers. Use this contract if the rent exceeds £100,000 a year or where it is not the tenant’s main home.
