Heidi Shackell has been working in the lettings, insurance, and customer service industry for over 20 years and is a member of the Lettings Industry Council.

In 2015 Heidi become CEO of LIS following the acquisition of The Landlord Hub. Trading under LetRisks and The Landlord Hub in 2016 Heidi set up a new trading business, The Lettings Hub. After leading two successful acquisitions in 2020 The Lettings Hub has now supported more than 3.5 million home moves, via it’s tenancy management platform BOX, and work with over 1,000 agents across the UK.
