Partner, Bright Solicitors

Alex heads up the Disputes and Litigation team at Bright Solicitors. He has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and predominately advises clients on contentious property matters such as commercial and residential landlords and tenants in connection with possession claims, dilapidations, and forfeiture. Alex also advises on matters arising from disputed rights of way, boundary issues together with general commercial property matters.

Regional Executive, NAEA Propertymark

Liana has over 22 years’ experience working in both large corporate and boutique agencies and enjoys the thrill of sharing in client and buyer journeys. She started her career at the largest real estate company in her native Malta, before re-locating to the UK in what was supposed to be a sabbatical. Her experience in ‘the most vibrant property market in the world’ with one of the leading corporate agencies in London meant she never left.

Paul Shamplina

Founder, Landlord Action

Paul Shamplina has spent over 30 years in the legal field helping landlords with problem tenants, with previous experience working as a clerk, private investigator, debt collector and certified bailiff. Paul believes passionately in the rights of landlords (and tenants where necessary), and campaigns tirelessly to improve standards throughout the private rented sector. He regularly appears in the national press, radio and television, and most recently Paul and his team at Landlord Action featured regularly in Channel Five’s hit series ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords.

CY Training Works

Clare is an award-winning training consultant, specialising in customer experience and sales. Her career in the property industry began over 30 years ago as a part-time weekend receptionist, before moving into new-build sales, holiday cottages, panel management and B2B sales.

Clare loves to help businesses to generate more revenue by improving customer care, sales progression and providing value-added related services. Her clients include some of the largest estate agents and law firms in the country, and she is a regular speaker at Propertymark conferences and events.
