Michael is a well-known figure with over 48 years in the property industry and regularly speaks at industry events including many Propertymark conferences. His 1400 plus client-list is a who’s who of the estate agency world and he also judges at many industry awards and is a regular contributor in the written trade media. 

Michael is a Founder Member of the charitable foundation Agents Together and a Director and Trustee of The Propertymark Trust. In 2023 Michael was the recipient of The Negotiator Lifetime Achievement Award.

Alex heads up the Disputes and Litigation team at Bright Solicitors. He has experience in a wide range of litigation matters and predominately advises clients on contentious property matters such as commercial and residential landlords and tenants in connection with possession claims, dilapidations, and forfeiture. Alex also advises on matters arising from disputed rights of way, boundary issues together with general commercial property matters.

Lucy has been an Industry Professional for over 20 years working for both independents, corporates and franchises. Within the last six years she has completed over 80 Acquisitions nationally, totalling over £60 million. Lucy has been instrumental in the negotiation, project management and integration of businesses and has founded Atomic Consultancy to educate and support both sellers and buyers to navigate the complex process.
