Chief Operating Officer, TDS Group

Neil is the Chief Operating Officer and has been at TDS since April 2022. A qualified accountant, he joined TDS after 20 years at Sky where he most recently led Sky Business Operations and Customer Service. He has responsibility for our Dispute Operations (resolution, adjudication) and Business Operations (customer service, sales, marketing, product development) teams. He sits on the TDSNI Board and TDS Group Board and is a non executive director of OpenBrix and Inventory Hive.
