Why should you get a qualification?

New to the industry

Level 2: England, Wales and Northern Ireland

These introductory qualifications aimed at estate and letting agents are equivalent in demand to a GCSE in England, Wales and Northern Ireland or an Intermediate in Scotland.

Have some experience

Level 3: England, Wales and Northern Ireland  | SCQF Level 6: Scotland

Our most popular qualifications sit at this level and they are equivalent in demand to an A-Level in England, Wales and Northern Ireland or a Higher in Scotland.
