What happens when a landlord dies with tenants in situ in their property? Or if a tenant dies during the tenancy? This course will cover everything you need to know.

This short one hour training course will cover tenancies and licences and what happens in the event of the death of the landlord or of the tenant, including joint and sole tenants, succession rules and Ground 7 evictions.
