This course provides an overview of residential letting essentials to help you feel more confident in your day-to-day role.

Whether you are new to the industry or simply need a review of the recent changes in legislation, this course is designed for letting agents of all levels. It covers the basics of landlord and tenant law with a focus on landlords, your tenant responsibilities and finishes with tenancy agreements and serving notices.

This course will also provide a very helpful revision session if you're studying for the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Meet Your Trainer

Penny set up and ran her own lettings agency for ten years before concentrating on providing comprehensive training for letting agents throughout the country. As a former Prosecutor, she is a solicitor advocate with an in-depth background in landlord and tenant law.

Penny has worked for the Home Office developing their Anti-Social Behaviour Policy (ASB) and joined their task force to promote new ASB legislation amongst both the private sector and social housing. She has been a Propertymark trainer for over 16 years.
