Material information part B: How to read the room
In a recent survey, nearly half (48%) of homes for sale across the UK contained at least one room that was listed incorrectly.
This course sets out the requirements of the NTSELAT’s guidance notes and explains the RICS code of measuring practice by looking at the correct way of measuring rooms and how to accurately describe room sizes using examples. It examines the validity of disclaimers and outlines due diligence defence.
