Our regulation stretches across the property sector so members display a different colour logo depending on the services they offer.
Letting agents
ARLA Propertymark Protected letting agents display the blue logo. They give landlords the confidence that their investment is being managed professionally whilst tenants know that their tenancy will run smoothly—allowing them to enjoy their home.
Estate agents
NAEA Propertymark Protected estate agents display the red logo. You are guaranteed to be consulting with a professional agent who can give you up-to-date advice and guidance for your property purchase or sale.
Auctioneers and valuers
Look for the yellow logo when using a valuer or auctioneer. NAVA Propertymark Protected members join us to demonstrate their transparency and ensure they are at the forefront of developments in the industry.
Commercial agents
NAEA Commercial agents display the red NAEA Propertymark Commercial logo. They promote professionalism and best practices within the sector, helping to ensure that you receive a first-class service during your commercial property or business transfer enquiry.
Inventory clerks
ARLA Inventories Accredited members demonstrate to landlords, letting agents and tenants that they meet the highest standards for best practices in the industry.
What is Propertymark Protection?
With no regulation of the sector, property agents who are legally responsible for a property agency are required to regulate their company (through Propertymark) when they voluntarily choose to become a member. This means they have particular measures in place, which are checked by Propertymark, giving you true peace of mind when using a Propertymark Protected expert.
