Propertymark membership gives you—as an individual—the credibility of being part of a respected association along with a whole host of other benefits. Take your business or career to the next level by becoming part of an association with over 17,000 members. Membership is open to agents of all levels and provides benefits which support you and develop your personal career or your business.

Before applying, please ensure you have reviewed the criteria to ensure you can meet all the requirements to join. Employees or those not yet working in the industry, upon approval of membership you will be contacted and given a maximum of 2 weeks to pay the membership subscription fee.

Are you a Principal, Partner or Director?

If you are a Principal, Partner or Director of relevant companies you will be obliged to regulate the companies with Propertymark. Upon approval of your individual membership, you will be contacted and given a maximum of 2 weeks to pay the membership subscription fee. In addition, you will have 3 months to collate and submit all applicable regulatory documentation for all relevant companies. We urge you to review the company obligations and liaise with the team, prior to applying for membership so you are assured of the requirements.
