Join the Propertymark Members group on Facebook for discussion and collaboration across processes, training and qualifications, marketing, tech and systems, anything that you need to help you resolve day to day issues, support your career development and share best practices. Our easy to read fact sheets and FAQs break down legislation highlighting the changes, who it applies to and most importantly, what you need to do. We have published documents on a range of topics and members can download those relevant to their membership by using the 'Audience' filter to easily find the ones they have access to.

We hold a range of events across the UK covering best practice and legislation updates. Members can attend one of our Regional Conferences for free each year while our three-hour Regional Meetings are always free for members. We have formed a legal partnership with Warwickshire County Council Trading Standards to benefit our member firms through the provision of 'assured advice' on a range of matters. The assured advice they provide on Trading Standards' regulations must be respected by all other local authorities—even if they interpret the regulations differently.
