How much does it cost to join?
Fantastic news! There will be no increase to membership fees in 2025. This means that membership fees have remained unchanged for an unprecedented three years. Read the full announcement...
The annual membership subscription is £150.00. Once your application has been approved, you will be sent an invoice for the fee due—you won’t be charged if for any reason your application is declined. All fees are non-refundable once an application has been approved and paid.
What Qualification do I need to join?
You will need Propertymark Qualifications' (PMQ) Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice, however you can also join if you commit to achieving the PMQ Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice within two years of joining the scheme.
Do I get designatory letters after my name?
There are no designatory letters, however members are encouraged to add ‘ARLA Propertymark Accredited Inventory Provider’ to email signatures etc. to promote their membership of the Accreditation Scheme.
