Recognised centres

Recognised centres are organisations such as further and higher education institutions, private training providers, and sector-based businesses that meet our centre recognition criteria and have undergone a formal recognition process.

To offer qualifications awarded by Propertymark Qualifications, the organisation will need to:

• Meet Propertymark Qualifications’ centre recognition requirements
• State the qualifications provided by Propertymark Qualifications that your centre would like to offer
• Adhere to Propertymark Qualifications’ quality assurance requirements
• Complete a Centre Approval Form and receive an approval visit from Propertymark Qualifications
• Sign a Centre Agreement.

Corporate agency arrangements

Property sector businesses who wish to access a range of services across the Propertymark group are able to access a range of bespoke business solutions to support access to qualifications, training and membership of Propertymark’s professional bodies for their staff. 

Such partnerships provide opportunities for a number of joint marketing and communication opportunities to promote collaboration and provide routes into qualified membership for employees.

Customised qualifications

We can support companies and training providers who want to demonstrate the quality of their own learning and development products to their customers.

Having your own courses accredited and recognised by Propertymark Qualifications provides you with an independent mark of quality, and your successful learners with a nationally recognised certificate. Through customised qualifications, you retain ownership and control of your course/assessment or can use the expertise of Propertymark Qualifications to develop and accredit your programme.

The benefits of customised qualifications include:

• Quality assurance and certification of your training by a nationally recognised Awarding Organisation  
• Propertymark Qualifications certificates for successful learners with the option to add your own logo on a jointly branded certificate
• Use of Propertymark Qualifications logo, where approved.
