For training providers
EPAOs should be selected as soon as possible at the beginning of the apprenticeship process, and your learners should be working towards the criteria set out by the Junior Estate Agent apprenticeship standard. By using Propertymark Qualifications as your EPAO, you will be ensure your learners will be tested thoroughly and fairly.
Independent Assessors
Our Independent Assessors are experienced and qualified individuals who have no involvement in the apprentice's training. The questions and scenarios presented to your apprentice at the assessment will be accurate and realistic, ensuring all their knowledge and skills are tested. The apprenticeship cannot end without the EPA; this will be your apprentice's chance to apply all that they have learned.
Your learners will get their apprenticeship certificate once they've passed all the elements in their End-Point Assessment (including any required standards in English and Maths).
