We terminate an agent's membership if they have failed to manage their personal and/or professional finances appropriately.

This includes a risk of insolvency, actual insolvency or if we receive applications for compensation from consumers through our Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme.

Please note that some property firms use a franchise model in this case, the termination would only relate to that specific franchise and does not impact on the other franchises within the group.
