Propertymark Qualifications Awards 2023 – winners announced

Phil Spencer, Founder of Move iQ, presented learners who had gone above and beyond with their Awards, spotlighting all finalists by commending the standards they were setting for the industry and their professionalism’s impact on consumers. In the graduation-style ceremony, those who achieved their qualification in the last 12 months were also recognised for their achievements.

The winners of 11 categories were applauded at a celebration held at the highly prestigious London Stadium on Friday 1 December, representing learners and achievers from across the property sector.

Specialist, regulated qualifications

Propertymark Qualifications offers Certificates and Awards that are carefully designed for residential estate and letting agents, commercial property agents, auctioneers and inventory clerks. The programmes are completed flexibly through distance learning and are recognised by employers – the perfect starting place to advance a career in the property sector.

Since the last awards ceremony held in October 2022, there has been:

  • 1,400 certificates have been awarded
  • over 400 apprenticeship assessments undertaken
  • more than 6,000 remote exams completed

The brand-new Propertymark Qualification – Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management – a cross discipline, UK-wide qualification, has had over 475 registrations since launching in February 2023 with the first exams taken in September.
