So far in 2024, 2,281 learners registered with Propertymark Qualifications and 4,810 exams have been sat.
Hundreds of property professionals have boosted their careers in the past 12 months, with nearly 1,400 achieving all the assessments in their qualification or apprenticeship through Propertymark Qualifications since July 2023.
Remote invigilation
After launching this unique way of sitting an exam in 2023, more than 10,600 exams have successfully been delivered using the secure online platform. Offering the option to take the Level 3 (SCQF level 6) qualifications between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm seven days a week is the pinnacle of the flexible study offering.
Learner feedback
Validating the impressive statistics, positive comments from property professionals continue with Stephen Simmonds of Warren Powell Richards outlining “The structure of the four individual exams were put together very well and a few aspects of the modules are very informative outside of my area of expertise.”
Fasir Al Yasin of Connells was equally impressed, saying “The information was simple to digest and presented in a manner which was not only simple to study but interesting.”
Apprenticeships
The Level 2 Junior Estate Agency Apprenticeship Standard is a sound starting position for those new to the industry, with over 450 apprentices having achieved the Standard so far. Many of those apprentices have progressed onto level 3 qualifications with Propertymark Qualifications to further their knowledge.
Flexible learning experience
The Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 (Level 6 SCQF) Certificate in Property Agency, launched in June, has already seen over 200 property professionals register. This is perfectly set up to achieve similar success to the Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management, which achieved a huge 405% increase in registrations compared to the same 15-month period following the launch of the previous Level 4 Certificates in 2014.
This new qualification provides a flexible route. Once achieved, further specialism registration, in the same country, can be achieved with only one additional unit exam to be passed.
Those holding Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) Award qualifications in Residential Sales, Commercial Sales or Residential lettings certificated by Propertymark Qualifications in the last five years can also be recognised for prior achievement. These learners can register for further specialism and are only required to pass one unit exam to gain the full qualification.
