Startups selected for REACH 2024 program

Eight companies have been selected to receive investment and support from the REACH UK 2024 technology scale-up program, run by Second Century Ventures (SCV) in partnership with Propertymark and TDS. The project represents a strategic investment in high-potential companies positioned to deliver significant value across the property industry.

Propertymark has collaborated with REACH since its UK launch in 2020, and the programme has now run three successful cycles and has a portfolio of 25 proptech startups under its belt.

The 2024 cohort was selected with significant input from Propertymark and TDS Group, ensuring that the chosen startups align with the strategic goals of driving innovation and modernisation within the property industry. The participants will benefit from early engagement from the sector to ensure their products work on the ground for property agents.

A journey towards growth

The unique structure of the REACH program allows for unparalleled industry participation, setting these companies on a path to success.

The program will run for up to nine months and the businesses will benefit from a tailored series of bespoke events, opportunities to showcase and speak about their technologies at major global conferences, and targeted mentorship from industry leaders.

A property data platform helping agents, landlords, property owners, and financial services by presenting a single data view automating lead generation to drive higher conversions.

SuSy

Intelligent software to streamline domestic retrofit and enhance resident engagement, for estate agents, landlords, local authorities and property professionals.

BuiltAPI

A low-code data integration platform for real estate investors and managers, facilitating cost-effective data exchange and data governance.

Zonifero

An integrated platform for businesses, optimising building and workplace efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing security, and improving employee satisfaction for the age of hybrid work and ESG goals.
