Propertymark One 2025: An extraordinary gathering of industry experts
The UK’s largest property conference is set to bring together 40 speakers, 70 industry suppliers, and 2,000 property professionals at ExCeL London on 13 June 2025 for an exhilarating day of learning and networking followed by an exclusive post-event after party. With the first 250 tickets available at an exclusive price, delegates are urged to book their spot to be part of property excellence, shaping a vibrant, sustainable and inclusive future for all property agents.
Who can apply?
Members and employees of Propertymark can apply for funding. Non-members can too and if their educational grant is successful, they will be required to become a Student Member of Propertymark.
Applications are equally welcomed from those new to the profession or looking to move their career to the next level. As part of the application, you’ll be asked to explain why you want to obtain this Level 3 qualification and how it will benefit your career.
About the Level 3 qualification
The Propertymark Qualifications Level 3 (Level 6 SCQF) Certificate in Property Agency is one of the most popular qualifications, equivalent in demand to an A-Level in England, Wales and Northern Ireland or a Higher in Scotland.
The flexible, industry-leading qualification enables property professionals to shape their learning to suit individual requirements. After passing four units to achieve one pathway, such as a lettings qualification, learners can then complete one additional unit to achieve a sales or commercial qualification without needing to repeat the learning and assessment common to both specialisms.
How to join the Class of 2025
Applications are via an online form which should take around 15 minutes to complete.
Before applying, applicants must explore funding opportunities with their employer. Applications must include confirmation that the employer is unable or unwilling to provide full or partial funding. Applicants must provide documentation to verify their financial position, such as recent pay slips, a self-assessment tax return, or proof of unemployment status.
