Daryl McIntosh will be providing an update on recent changes to requirements on material information, anti-money laundering compliance and the Scottish Government’s new Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land (RCI). He will also give an overview of Propertymark’s recent policy work, including our responses to consultations on the Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS) and New Deal for Tenants.
